Bridget Richards, CCIM, founder of New Growth Commercial Real Estate Company, pioneered the development of a progressive, innovative, marketing forward commercial real estate brokerage which embraces sustainable business practices. Her experience in the commercial condominium market and unique understanding of the buyer/tenant mindset makes her a natural at buyer/tenanttransactions for a variety of property types including medical, professional office, and flex properties.
Experience 

Ms. Richards holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. Involved in the Las Vegas commercial real estate industry since 2002, she began closing owner/user transactions at a frenetic pace when office/industrial condo development became popularized in the Las Vegas/Henderson area by Shea Commercial. During her tenure with Shea, Bridget participated in the placement of over 300,000 square feet of professional and medical office properties. Most of these transactions were complex, multi-owner deals within one and two 2-story medical professional buildings with airspace style legal descriptions. Ms. Richards has successfully closed over $80,000,000 in transaction volume as a result of her dedication to the client’s acquisition or disposition strategy, overall transaction management, and attention to contract details. Her clients include local and regional developers of office and industrial projects, medical practitioners, attorneys, industrial users and professionals.

Ms. Richards responsibilities include client goal management, transaction and brokerage management, as well as marketing oversight of the company’s listed properties and the development of new business clientele. Jason Lesley, CCIM, joined New Growth Commercial Real Estate in 2007 as Partner and President of Investment Services. He focuses on commercial property investment sales of retail, office, industrial, and multi-family properties for institutional and private investors. Jason is also well versed in other aspects of commercial real estate from leasing, development, raising equity, and owner/user properties.
Experience

Prior to joining New Growth Commercial Real Estate, Jason was engaged in various aspects of the commercial real estate industry for several prominent companies in the Las Vegas valley. He was recruited into the CB Richard Ellis Wheel Program in 2004, considered the commercial real estate industry’s best training program. He was exposed to several lines of business including investment sales, office/industrial/retail leasing, owner/user sales, and land acquisition during this intensive training.

As an Associate for the CB Richard Ellis Private Client Group Las Vegas (PCGLV) from 2004 to 2006, Jason was disciplined exclusively in the specialty of commercial investment property sales. He was directly responsible for new business development, market research, property assessment, client/buyer/broker contact, market strategy development, and database management.

In 2006, Jason was recruited by Grubb & Ellis|Las Vegas to start the Private Capital Group in Las Vegas before joining Bridget Richards with New Growth Commercial Real Estate in 2007. Over the past four years, he has been involved in transactions totaling over $300 million and more than 1,100,000 square feet.

Previously, Jason was the Regional Sales Manager for Homestore, Inc., a leading supplier of real estate marketing, advertising, and technology solutions, for six years. He was responsible for facilitating real estate marketing solutions for the top homebuilders on the West Coast. Jason focused on the development of team goals and skills, implementation of sales strategies, and financial accountability for revenue.

Jason’s commercial investment sales experience brings significant value to New Growth Commercial Real Estate for client services. Jason takes a consultative approach with buyers and sellers in order to enhance property values in preparation for the marketing process. His professionalism and industry knowledge have been consistently demonstrated through the quality of service that he provides to clients, resulting in many of the largest real estate transactions in Southern Nevada.

Nieya Anjomi joined New Growth Commercial Real Estate in 2007 after working with a successful private investment company specializing in land investment and development for residential and commercial builders.
Experience
A vital member of New Growth Commercial Real Estate, Nieya’s specialties include land investment, acquisition, and development analysis while maintaining versatility across general commercial real estate. Nieya has strong interests in sustainable development and stays informed on prices, market conditions, and major projects in Clark County. 

Previous to New Growth, Nieya enjoyed a very successful career as a Senior Security Software Engineer in Silicon Valley while investing in Las Vegas real estate.

Salina Ramirez began her real estate career with seven years in the residential market. In 2005, Salina joined Shea Commercial, an office condo developer. During her time at Shea, Salina gained valuable experience in development as well as owner/user sales and investment properties.
Salina specializes in the sale and leasing of office and retail spaces. She consults with her clients regarding their real estate needs with a focus on providing professional detail-oriented service to each client. Currnet Responsibilities Ron joined New Growth Commercial in 2010 as Vice President and is actively representing Buyers, Tenants, Investors and Owners in all facets of commercial real estate brokerage, pursuing his client’s best possible outcome.
Experience
Prior to joining New Growth Commercial Ron joined Grubb & Ellis Las Vegas in January 2006 as a retail Advisor. His responsibilities included sales and leasing of retail property through tenant and landlord representation. Before joining Grubb & Ellis Las Vegas, Ron was a Property Manager for The Ribeiro Company in Las Vegas, where he was responsible for 500,000 square feet of office, light industrial and retail properties. Prior to this he served as Claims Analyst for the County of Los Angeles, where he was responsible for managing the business travel operations and budget.
A former running back for Southern Calif., Ron began his working career at Pricewaterhouse Coopers in Los Angeles, where he supported the State Tax Consulting Group by helping clients comply with newly regulated unclaimed property laws in California and New York.

Ron has represented local developers including the Thomas & Mack Company, Platinum Realty and Blackstone Capital Group. Prior to joining New Growth Commercial Real Estate in 2009, John spent nearly a decade having closed transactions in virtually every segment of the commercial real estate market. As an Associate with Lee & Associates, John leased and sold single-tenant and multi-tenant office properties.

At The Industrial Property Group, John closed transactions on hundreds of acres of industrial land, warehouse properties, and investment properties.

John’s closed transactions include the sale and leasing of single and multi-tenant properties, retail, office, and industrial properties, vacant land, casino/taverns, and investment properties. He has closed on over 350 acres of industrial land with total transactions in excess of $250 million.

Prior to working as a commercial real estate professional, John worked in the entertainment industry at The Walt Disney Company and Paramount Studios. He is an active member of the Directors Guild of America and a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.

Chris Meranto is a 16 year veteran of commercial real estate in Las Vegas with experience in all aspects of commercial sales and acquisitions. He has extensive expertise with all of the following disciplines: land, industrial buildings, commercial and retail leasing, corporate relocation, investment services, commercial development, land assemblage, and property entitlement and zoning.
Prior to joining New Growth Commercial Real Estate Company in 2009, Chris was a principal with one of Nevada’s most prolific commercial property acquisition/disposition firms, Landcor Properties. He remained one of their top commercial agents throughout his tenure. Chris was instrumental in over $500 million in acquisition and disposition transactions at Landcor. He also has an extensive knowledge of real estate development for which he and his partner designed and developed diverse commercial projects around the Las Vegas area.

A native New Yorker and a resident of Nevada for 20 years, Chris has compiled a vast rolodex of connections in real estate, development, entertainment and gaming, foreign and domestic investors, and investment firms.

Before joining New Growth Commercial Real Estate in 2009, Jared Bergquist began his commercial real estate career in 2006 with MDL Group’s mentorship program. MDL Group, a full service brokerage and asset management company in Las Vegas, allowed Jared to attain valuable perspective on the many levels of commercial real estate. He handled leasing and sales on in-house developments while working closely with asset managers to create a cohesive team approach to managing, leasing, and disposing of commercial real estate with a focus on professionalism and innovation.
Prior to engaging in commercial real estate brokerage, Jared enjoyed a successful career in the mortgage industry with Watermark Financial Partners for eight years in Las Vegas, Salt Lake City, and Denver. He acquired an exceptional ability to manage high stress situations in an effective manner. He worked closely with banks and mortgage companies on all types of real estate loans and directly assisted homeowners in over $300 million in loans.
